EPI-RESOLVE™ Registry.
Root-cause discovery in drug-resistant epilepsy.

Over 30% of epilepsy patients are labeled medically intractable, cycled through combinations of anti-seizure medications while root-cause gut-brain, metabolic, and marrow disruptions remain uninvestigated. EPI-RESOLVE™ is a global, prospective decentralized clinical registry ($N=10,000$) investigating multi-system biomarker tensors under the DeepSensi Cognitive Engine. Participation in the clinical registry is 100% Free.

Cohort 1 · N = 4,000

Pediatric Drug-Resistant Epilepsy & DEE

Children failure on ≥ 2 anti-seizure medications, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, West Syndrome, and unclassified developmental and epileptic encephalopathies.

Cohort 2 · N = 3,000

Monogenic Channelopathies & SCN1A

Confirmed or suspected monogenic epilepsy variants (SCN1A/Dravet, SCN2A, KCNQ2, PCDH19, STXBP1, CDKL5) exploring ion-channel pharmacogenomic interactions.

Cohort 3 · N = 3,000

Adult Intractable & Structural Epilepsy

Adults with persistent focal or generalized seizures despite polypharmacy, post-traumatic epilepsy, or metabolic neurodegeneration.

From routine care, ordered by each participant's own physicians, the registry also records urine organic acids and a metagenomic stool profile, through which it observes the gut-brain axis, and antiseizure medication levels.

A quiet suburban street at dawn: a row of houses in soft light; in one ground-floor window a person sits at a laptop. No courier, no vehicle. The trial happens in participants' homes.
