Pre-Enroll in the RESOLVE™ Registries
Pre-enrollment is open in most countries. Your entry puts your country on the map: we open first where the most people are waiting, and we write to you the day it opens for you. Pre-enrollment takes a minute and commits you to nothing.

FOR PHYSICIANS // RESOLVE
Open enrollment for physicians
Licensed physicians from every country can apply to take part in the RESOLVE registries. The status for your country is shown in the form.

- The role
- Principal investigator of record for your country: responsible to the ethics committee, oversight of consent and of safety reports.
- Recognition
- Principal investigators are named on the registry's public record and in the publications of its results. If a registry leads to a finding that changes practice, it carries the names of the physicians who led it.
- What DeepSensi provides
- You work with the DeepSensi Cognitive Engine, the systems-biology engine built for the cases that defeat single-specialty reasoning. Its deterministic physiological deduction works across every organ system at once, alongside AutoResearcher-HYPO™, its Bayesian discovery engine. The registry runs on DeepSensi DCT, our decentralized platform, and DeepSensi prepares the protocol, every document and the ethics submission.
BEFORE YOU JOIN // SHORT ANSWERS
Questions people ask first
Is RESOLVE open?
Pre-enrollment is open in most countries, for all nine registries. Enrollment opens in stages, the United States first, each under independent ethics (IRB) review. The status for your country is shown on this page.
Do I have to buy anything to pre-enroll?
No. Pre-enrollment is free, requires no purchase and gives no priority. Who can take part is listed in the study's public registration on ClinicalTrials.gov and explained in the study information approved by the ethics committee.
When will my country open?
Each country opens when the approvals its law requires are in place and a national principal investigator is appointed. Pre-enrollment shows where people are waiting; countries open in that order.
What happens to my data?
For pre-enrollment we keep your email, your country and the registry you chose, only to notify you. You can remove your entry at any time. This page never asks for health records.
I am a physician. How can I take part?
Register as a physician below. Enrollment is open to licensed physicians from every country.
