ONCO-SHIELD™ Registry.
Protecting bone marrow resilience during chemotherapy.

Over 40% of chemotherapy patients suffer debilitating treatment delays, dose reductions, or life-threatening febrile neutropenia nadirs. ONCO-SHIELD™ is a prospective decentralized clinical registry ($N=10,000$) modeling hematologic recovery curves and multi-drug pharmacokinetic interactions to sustain full chemotherapy Relative Dose Intensity (RDI ≥ 85%). Participation in the clinical registry is 100% Free.

RESOLVE in the United States: in preparation (IRB submission in preparation, the first country to open).

Three Core Supportive Oncology Cohorts

A hospital pharmacy clean room seen through glass: a clinical pharmacist in gown and gloves prepares an infusion bag while checking a dose against results on a side screen shown as abstract…
Cohort 1 · N = 4,000

Solid Tumors on Multi-Agent Chemotherapy

Breast, colorectal, lung, and ovarian cancer patients undergoing standard-of-care cytotoxic regimens (e.g. FOLFOX, AC-T, Carboplatin/Paclitaxel).

Cohort 2 · N = 3,000

Hematologic Malignancies & Myelosuppression

Lymphoma and multiple myeloma patients receiving intensive marrow-suppressive regimens, serial tracking of platelet and neutrophil recovery kinetics.

Cohort 3 · N = 3,000

Immunotherapy & Targeted Antibody Regimens

Checkpoint inhibitor (anti-PD-1, anti-CTLA-4) and ADC therapies, mapping immune-related adverse events (irAE) and systemic mucosal resilience.

From routine care, ordered by each participant's own physicians, the registry also records urine organic acids, a metagenomic stool profile and the full list of medicines and supplements.

A modern teaching hospital from the outside at dawn: an ambulance stands quietly at the emergency entrance, pale sky, the building bright and calm. Ultra-wide, no drama.
