Physicians: join the DeepSensi physician network

This field opens later. For now we record only your email address and your country.

Registries open in stages, country by country, as each one’s requirements are met. Your answer tells us where to open first.

What we collect
The registry you choose from our nine registries, which reveals a health condition; your email address; your country. If you tell us you are in Ukraine we ask for your region, we use it only at the moment you submit the form to check the sanctions rules, and we do not store it. If you tell us you are in Canada we ask whether you live in Quebec, we use the answer only at the moment you submit the form, and we do not store it.
Why
To record your interest in that registry and to contact you when pre-enrollment for it opens
How long
Up to 24 months from the day you submit, and less if the registry opens sooner: 30 days after we tell you it has opened, if you decline or do not answer. Immediately, if you withdraw
Where
stored in the European Union, and handled by our hosting and email providers in the United States on our instructions under written data processing terms and, for providers certified on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework list, under the European Commission adequacy decision for that framework.

You may refuse. If you refuse, we cannot contact you about this, and nothing else changes.

FOR PHYSICIANS // RESOLVE

Open enrollment for physicians

Licensed physicians from every country can apply to take part in the RESOLVE registries. The status for your country is shown in the form.

The role
Principal investigator of record for your country: responsible to the ethics committee, oversight of consent and of safety reports.
Recognition
Principal investigators are named on the registry's public record and in the publications of its results. If a registry leads to a finding that changes practice, it carries the names of the physicians who led it.
What DeepSensi provides
You work with the DeepSensi Cognitive Engine, the systems-biology engine built for the cases that defeat single-specialty reasoning. Its deterministic physiological deduction works across every organ system at once, alongside AutoResearcher-HYPO™, its Bayesian discovery engine. The registry runs on DeepSensi DCT, our decentralized platform, and DeepSensi prepares the protocol, every document and the ethics submission.
What we collect
Your full name; your work email address; the country in which you are licensed; your specialty; your institution, if you give it, which is optional; your own declaration that you are a licensed physician; your answer, if you give it, to whether you are open to a national principal investigator role. If you tell us you are in Ukraine we ask for your region, we use it only at the moment you submit the form to check the sanctions rules, and we do not store it.
Why
To send you professional information and, where you say you are open to it, to talk to you about a national principal investigator role
How long
Up to 24 months from the later of your submission and our last contact with you. Immediately, if you withdraw

BEFORE YOU JOIN // SHORT ANSWERS

Questions people ask first

Is RESOLVE open?

Pre-enrollment is open in most countries, for all nine registries. Enrollment opens in stages, the United States first, each under independent ethics (IRB) review. The status for your country is shown on this page.

Do I have to buy anything to pre-enroll?

No. Pre-enrollment is free, requires no purchase and gives no priority. Who can take part is listed in the study's public registration on ClinicalTrials.gov and explained in the study information approved by the ethics committee.

When will my country open?

Each country opens when the approvals its law requires are in place and a national principal investigator is appointed. Pre-enrollment shows where people are waiting; countries open in that order.

What happens to my data?

For pre-enrollment we keep your email, your country and the registry you chose, only to notify you. You can remove your entry at any time. This page never asks for health records.

I am a physician. How can I take part?

Register as a physician below. Enrollment is open to licensed physicians from every country.
